Though abstract in the geometric style of Kandinsky, this painting is reminiscent of a horseman struck in the head with a spear. I was tempted to call it "The First Rider to Babylon" but resisted, deciding instead to leave interpretation up to the viewer.

The painting was created using a mixture of oil and acrylic paint. It is signed and dated on the back. It is unframed and measures 16x20 inches.
